Andy Tonks

Andy is a seasoned engineer with over 35 years of board-level leadership experience spanning engineering, commercial strategy, business development, sales and marketing, finance, advanced technologies, and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked across multiple sectors, including automotive, mobility, motorsport, aerospace, robotic and industrial automation, and defence.

Andy has established manufacturing operations, built and led global teams. He has supported international clients from early concept development through to volume production, consistently driving revenue growth and enhancing stakeholder value. With a deep passion for engineering and technology, Andy has spearheaded the introduction of complex, innovative products into new market segments. His strong technical solution-selling expertise has been instrumental in securing and expanding an international client base.

Bob is an experienced executive leader and mentor with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Starting his career in the National Health Service (NHS), Bob transitioned to the commercial sector, working with Bayer, Siemens and Abbott. Bob’s specialist area of expertise is commercialisation, that is “Transforming Science to Revenue.” He has a particular interest in growing businesses with innovative, disruptive medtech solutions and also in working with startups. Bob holds a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences and an MBA and is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.

Martin O'Leary

Martin is a chartered engineer with over 30 years of experience across diverse transportation sectors with extensive component and systems knowledge from programmes in electrical, electronic, software/hardware, mechanical, body/chassis systems and drivelines. He has a comprehensive network of contacts with proven business growth and diversification pedigree. Martin has been working in engineering, development, test, certification and homologation sectors with Tier 1, OEM and blue-chip clients. Martin is an ISO 17025 qualified Technical Manager and independent Technical Assessor and speaks German.

Neil has extensive experience in providing leadership for global cross functional teams in product launch, operations, business and product development. He has been working predominantly within the automotive / transportation sectors managing major business units and customer accounts for global blue-chip organisations delivering to a global client base. Neil is an expert problem solver, able to analyse complex operational and commercial issues and provide solutions to improve performance and profitability. Having worked on commercial and operational aspects of JVs and company mergers Neil brings an understanding of business transformation involving organisational, structural and cultural change. Influential at board level with an entrepreneurial hands-on mindset and capable of identifying innovative solutions driving transformation and delivering increased results through extraordinary customer experience.

Nick Thomas

Nick is a marketing specialist who has worked in B2B for over 30 years. His skills include market intelligence and business development, with a focus on feasibility studies, segmentation, market entry strategies and key account management. His primary industry specialism is in construction, but has also worked on numerous projects covering for example ICT and telecommunications. Nick has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Robert Hunt

Robert has over 25 years experience in setting up and scaling UK subsidiaries in the construction sector with detailed knowledge of the regulatory frameworks within the industry and provides advice and hands-on assistance in establishing market demand and early stage growth in the complex and interdependent routes to market that typify the industry. As well as developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for successful market entry, Robert is able to offer support in recruiting, mentoring and leading sales, service and distribution teams as well as identifying appropriate financial and legal partnerships necessary for UK limited companies or branches. Robert has extensive experience and contacts in offsite manufacturing and modern methods of construction, specification and distribution channels within the building products sector and new product innovation in all building disciplines, including construction plant.

Wolfgang Dieter

After studying business, Wolfgang developed opportunities for the UK chemical industry throughout Europe and set up and ran a sales office in Germany. In 2009 he co-founded Konduit to support overseas companies, particularly SMEs, which are offering high-quality and innovative solutions but lack the time/experience to enter the UK market effectively. Wolfgang has since been involved in trade and investment activities in a variety of UK industry sectors.
