Alan Blunt

Alan has spent 40+ years delivering telecommunications solutions around the globe, leading technology Start-ups and SMEs along with defence industry business transformation programmes. He brings a broad range of industry experiences in corporate business development (regional strategy, due diligence, international development, funding rounds, IPO’s, M&A, innovation), in scaling technology projects and programmes (national defence projects, 5G test beds, technology transfer, IP development) and has a strong track record in delivering customer focused engagement and delivery (sales, marketing, business development, corporate accounts, channel management). Alan speaks fluent German.

Chris Corner

Chris holds a BSc. (Physics), a MSc. (Engineering) and an MBA. He has worked in a number of industries and markets include chemicals, renewable energy generation, renewable transport fuels, inward investment, biomass trading, battery systems, and plastic recycling projects. He has a track record of improving performance, having developed international joint ventures, delivered projects funded by project finance, and supported due diligence processes for investment funding including London Stock Exchange market admission.

Martin O’Leary

Martin is a chartered engineer with over 30 years of experience across diverse transportation sectors with extensive component and systems knowledge from programmes in electrical, electronic, software/hardware, mechanical, body/chassis systems and drivelines. He has a comprehensive network of contacts with proven business growth and diversification pedigree. Martin has been working in engineering, development, test, certification and homologation sectors with Tier 1, OEM and blue-chip clients. Martin is an ISO 17025 qualified Technical Manager and independent Technical Assessor and speaks German.

Nick Thomas

Nick is a marketing specialist who has worked in B2B for over 30 years. His skills include market intelligence and business development, with a focus on feasibility studies, segmentation, market entry strategies and key account management. His primary industry specialism is in construction, but has also worked on numerous projects covering for example ICT and telecommunications. Nick has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Paul Broadaway

Paul has a long track record in aviation/aerospace and is experienced in both maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) and manufacturing. He has worked worldwide in a business development capacity for several multi-national organisations, in addition to programme management for high-profile and sizeable budget projects. Paul has worked with start-up aerospace companies, delivering new product from design through testing to airworthiness certification.

Robert Hunt

Robert graduated in Metallurgy and Engineering and has over 25 years’ experience in UK and international sales and general management in the construction industry, particularly in specified and distributed building products; timber, steel, and reinforced concrete construction; offsite and MMC; construction plant and attachments; formwork and smart buildings.

Stefan Sänger

Stefan has been working in the automotive parts and engineering industry for more than 30 years. He gained his experience working for several UK based automotive companies, selling highly engineered parts and/or engineering services to mainly European based vehicle manufacturers and their suppliers. Stefan has an extensive network of contacts at all levels (R&D, product engineering, purchasing and senior management) in European markets.

Wolfgang Dieter

After studying business, Wolfgang developed opportunities for the UK chemical industry throughout Europe and set up and ran a sales office in Germany. In 2009 he co-founded Konduit to support overseas companies, particularly SMEs, which are offering high-quality and innovative solutions but lack the time/experience to enter the UK market effectively. Wolfgang has since been involved in trade and investment activities in a variety of UK industry sectors.
