VST manufacture composite formwork technology, mainly used in residential construction and we introduced this innovative and patented solution to all relevant construction companies and specifiers such as architects and develop projects throughout the UK.

Following a market assessment which revealed numerous opportunities, VST was launched in the UK at the Austrian Trade Commission in London and the event was organised professionally and well-attended by key decision-makers. Having invited relevant contacts to the event, we then followed up and received many positive responses and enquiries.

This encouraged VST to set up their UK limited company and we co-ordinated this with accountants with a particular focus on the construction industry.

VST also requested that we act as interim Managing Director of the newly-formed subsidiary whilst we were finding a permanent MD. This proved also useful during the process of opening the bank account (see Testimonials).
